How to Start a Return

Please contact us before sending anything back.

To start a return, email us at contact@corzacases.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • A brief description of the issue

  • If the product is defective: clear photos showing the defect or damage

Once your request is reviewed and approved, we will provide return instructions.
Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

If the product shows signs of damage or defects caused during delivery, please contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return.
